Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or continuing to use the wageplus platform, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using wageplus immediately and must not create or continue to maintain an account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities on wageplus, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, sports betting, online casino games, sabong, card games, and any other feature or service offered through the platform. wageplus reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use after an amendment is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

wageplus may require you to provide documentation to verify your eligibility at any time. Failure to meet or maintain these eligibility conditions may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, or account closure.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to maintain only one wageplus account. Creating duplicate accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance. If you believe a duplicate account has been created using your personal details without your authorisation, contact wageplus through the official platform immediately.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, contact details, and any additional information requested during the registration or verification process. wageplus relies on this information to maintain a fair and compliant platform. Providing false or misleading registration details will void your account.

• All registration information must reflect your true legal identity.
• Changes to account information must be updated promptly and must not misrepresent your identity.
• Account access credentials are personal and must not be shared with any other individual.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your wageplus account while your credentials are used.

Deposits

Deposits into a wageplus account must be made using payment methods currently displayed and available within the platform for your account. Accepted methods may include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and eligible Visa or Mastercard bank cards. The availability of any specific method is not guaranteed for every account or at all times.

• All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the transaction screen and may vary by method and account status.
• wageplus is not liable for delays caused by the sending payment provider, incorrect recipient details, or bank processing schedules.
• Deposited funds are for the exclusive purpose of lawful participation in wageplus activities. Deposits must not be used for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.
• wageplus reserves the right to request verification of the source of deposited funds at any time.

All transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (₱). If a deposit arrives in a different currency, any applicable conversion costs and exchange rate differences are your responsibility.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a wageplus account are subject to the conditions stated in these terms, the information displayed on the withdrawal screen, and any verification requirements applicable to your account at the time of the request.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a deposit where applicable.
• wageplus may require identity, payment ownership, or source-of-funds verification before releasing a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received and within the timeframes indicated on the platform, subject to review.
• wageplus does not guarantee a specific processing time beyond what is stated on the withdrawal screen, as receiving provider schedules are outside our control.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the relevant platform screen and are subject to change.
• Attempting to withdraw funds that are subject to an active bonus condition or a pending review may delay the request until those conditions are resolved.

wageplus reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these terms, or an unresolved verification requirement. In such cases, wageplus will communicate the reason through the appropriate account channel.

Betting and Gaming

All bets, wagers, and gaming participation on wageplus are subject to the specific rules, odds, and settlement conditions displayed for each market or game at the time of participation. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bet before confirming it.

• Bets confirmed and accepted by wageplus are final and cannot be cancelled or modified.
• wageplus reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price caused by a system error or data feed failure.
• Markets are settled according to the official results from the relevant authority or event organiser. In the event of a dispute, wageplus reserves the right to apply a final settlement decision.
• Any attempt to exploit a pricing error, place bets using insider information, or manipulate a market outcome is a serious breach of these terms and will result in account action.
• wageplus may place individual betting limits on any account without prior notice where unusual activity is detected.
• The availability of specific categories, including online casino, sabong, card games, MMA betting, NBA betting, and basketball betting, may vary by account status or applicable regulations.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your wageplus login credentials, including your username, password, and any verification codes, private and secure. wageplus will never ask for your password or one-time verification code through an unsolicited message, email, or call.

• Use a unique password that is not shared with any other service or platform.
• Do not allow another person to access your wageplus account under any circumstances.
• Contact wageplus immediately through the official platform channel if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• wageplus is not liable for losses resulting from you sharing your login credentials with another person.

wageplus monitors accounts for unusual access patterns and may temporarily restrict access if a security concern is detected. In such cases, you may be asked to complete an identity verification step before access is restored.

Responsible Gaming

• Using unauthorised third-party software, screen-scraping tools, or data extraction methods against the wageplus platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any wageplus representative or other platform user.
• Attempting to access wageplus systems, data, or communications beyond what is available through normal account use.

Intellectual Property

All content on wageplus, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface designs, data compilations, and software, is the property of wageplus or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wageplus content without written permission.

The wageplus name, logo, and associated brand elements are proprietary marks. Their use in any context outside the wageplus platform without express written authorisation is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

wageplus provides its platform on an as-available basis. While we work to maintain consistent access and accurate market information, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation.

• wageplus is not liable for losses resulting from system downtime, data feed errors, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• wageplus is not responsible for delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• The outcome of any bet, game, or wager is determined by the applicable market rules and event results. wageplus is not responsible for the outcome of any event or game.
• Your decision to participate in any wageplus activity is voluntary. wageplus does not guarantee any return on a wager or gaming session.

Changes to Terms

wageplus may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be made available on this page with a revised review date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Material changes that affect your rights or obligations may be communicated through additional account notices where appropriate.

Account Termination

wageplus may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity connected to the account or its transactions.
• A legal or regulatory requirement to do so.
• Your own request to close the account.

Where termination is initiated by wageplus for a breach or violation, any remaining balance connected to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity may be forfeited. Where an account is closed legitimately at your own request and there is no outstanding violation, the remaining eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard verification and payment process.

Governing Rules

These Terms and Conditions are applied consistently across all wageplus accounts and activities. Where a conflict arises between these general terms and the specific conditions of a particular game, market, or promotion, the more specific conditions will apply to that activity.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. These terms represent the full agreement between you and wageplus regarding your use of the platform and replace any prior understandings or representations.
